Shipping by express courier

The PREMIUM service for shipments offers shorter delivery times and more detailed information regarding shipment status along with the option to change your shipping address and reschedule deliveries (independently if granted or through Cfp Cemon's ticket service).

The indicative timelines are of 1-2 business days for domestic shipments in Italy (excluding islands); of 3-5 business days for international shipments within EU and of 4-10 business days for countries outside of EU.
These deadlines are considered from the moment the goods are available at Cfp Cemon's warehouse (check the availability indicated on the product sheet).
Please note that any delays caused by customs inspections are not covered.
Larger packages, such as bikes and wheels, may reasonably take a few extra days for delivery.
Cfp Cemon reserves the right to choose the courier service based on the country of destination and the goods ordered.
